Filter Accessories

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (BUNA-N):

• Synthetic rubber generlly resistant to oil and water
• Provides an good sealfor liquids under heigh pressure

Fluoroelastomer (Viton):

• Can be used in many applications including mineral acids, saline solutions, chlorinted solvents and petroleum

Teflon (PTFE):

• Fullfills requirements for resistance to chemicals and a very wide service temperature range (low or high temp.)
• Can be used to filter all types of liquids

Teflon Encapsulated Viton:

• Temperature service range : -20°C to 200°C
• Can be used to filter most liquids except liquid fluorine and sodium
• Better elasticity properties and longer life

Teflon Encapsulated Silicone:

• Temperature service range : -50°C to 200°C
• Can be used to filter most liquids except liquid fluorine and sodium
• Better elasticity properties and longer life

Bag Hold Down Rings

• Available in PP, PE, 304SS, CS, etc.
• Can be supplied stitched or welded
• Compartible with most types of filters in the market

Magnetic Bars

• When a bag filter is in operation, you can use a magnetic bar, which is fitted into the basket prior to being put into operation, to effectively remove chips and fines from liquids, thereby preventing those deposits from adhering to the filter bags.
• Ensures longer life of filter bags
• Available in sizes #01 and #02

Perforated Baskets

• Electrolyzed and polished stainless steel baskets
• Withstand up to 50psi pressure drop
• Available in 304SS, 316SS, CS, etc and in sizes #01, #02, #03, #04

Liquid Displacers

• When a bag filter is in operation, you can use a liquid displacer, which is fitted into the basket prior to being put into operation, to displace liquid that would otherwise fill the inner space, thereby ensuring no product is lost during bag changouts and eliminating the need for an expensive drainage system.
• Newly designed liquid displacers remain steady within the bag filter when in operation.
• Cam withstand up to 230psi pressure drop.
• Available in 304SS and 316SS, and in sizes #01 and #02
